Set of 8 plates, 1- English earthenware (Cauldon), red "Denk" decoration, central coat of arms with marquis crown of Étienne de Rességuier (1861-1927), married in 1888 to Béatrice de Castellane (1859-1937). Age wear (diam.: 26 cm).
2- in English earthenware (Minton), with polychrome "Florentine" decoration, central coat of arms with helmet and red and green mantling by Paul Thoron de Laur (1843-1900), married in 1875 to Sabine d'Arailh (1854-1930). A restored chip on the rim (diam.: 26 cm).
3- in English earthenware with richly decorated border of polychrome geometric and floral figures, center crest and belt with motto surmounted by a Marquis du Pouget de Nadaillac crown (1889). Age wear (diam.: 26 cm).
4- in English earthenware (Minton), rich marli with blue Renaissance decoration, central coat of arms with supporters and comtal crown of Adolphe de Ségur-Lamoignon (1825-1900), deputy of the Meuse, married in 1857 to Thérèse de Reiset (1836-1899). This is one of the rare examples of an anomaly where the coats of arms of the two families are reversed. Good condition (diam.: 26 cm).
5- in white English earthenware (Minton), jagged border, blue frieze, woven wicker border, central coat of arms with motto, stand and crown of Marquis Georges de Lestrade (1855-1912), member of the Jockey Club, married in 1886 to Thérèse Laurent (1864-1909). Age wear (diam.: 26 cm).
6- rare piece with the old Saint-Clément manufacture mark, scalloped border, in the taste of Charles Gallé's decorations, in blue, central arms with support and comtal crown of the de Marpon family. A minor chip at the edge (diam.: 23.5 cm).
7 and 8 - two white porcelain plates with scalloped edges, central gilded arms with marquis crown of the Saint-André family. Good condition (Rouard, avenue de l'Opéra, ca. 1930, diam.: 24 cm).
