On the occasion of this new event, nearly 300 fans from China, Japan and Europe from the end of the 17th century to the beginning of the 20th century will be offered.
Curiosities, patented fans, lace, mother-of-pearl, ivory and carved tortoiseshell, with leaves illustrated with subjects borrowed from history and the great masters.
Prestigious names such as Alexandre, Rodien, Kees and Duvelleroy for the fan makers, and Thomasse, Boillat, Billotey, Donzel, Ronot-Tutin notably for the painters will be represented.
