Four cartels in the colours of the provinces of Flanders, including Hainaut, frame the coats of arms of the cities of Namur, Brabant, Antwerp and Tournay, probably referring to the French occupation of the cities of Flanders. Mute lapel. Bone frame without decoration. The plumes pierced with soldier decoration. 28 cm/ H.f. 13.2 cm (good condition)
