A musket shot, around 1720 Folded fan, skin leaf, English mounted, painted with a stag hunting scene. The animal is pursued in the woods by three riders: one shooting a shot with a rifle, while a second one takes out his dagger. Reverse: a rider losing his hat in his momentum. Ivory* mount painted with mountains and rocks animated with Asian characters. The plumes are decorated with mother-of-pearl triangles and a silver plated decoration. When closed, the slice has a rich zig-zag decoration in three registers. 28 cm/ H.f. 15 cm (wear on folds, rest on plumes)
