Queen's chair in molded and carved wood,
green lacquered, the backrest decorated with
and horseshoe-shaped seat with rais-de-coeur and pearl
and pearl frieze. The base is tapered, fluted and curved with
connecting dice. Seat without upholstery.
Louis XVI period. Bears an iron "W" mark
probably from the furniture repository of Queen Marie Antoinette at Versailles, inventory number 5149.
