Moulded ebony, blackened wood and ebony veneer bracket-clock with openwork sides, topped by a pavilion with socket. It opens with a curved leaf revealing a partially enameled copper dial with Roman numerals, phases of the moon and date window. Signed William Edwards London in the bezel. Brass grip, pine cones and feet. Brocade mechanism. 1st half of the 19th century. H. 53 cm - W. 30.5 cm - D. 20 cm . (Repairs to the decoration, alterations to the mechanism, missing side grid).
