Plate "à palmes" in Sèvres porcelain from the 18th century Blue mark with two interlaced Ls, date letter S for 1771, painter's mark for Bouillat Of contoured form, with polychrome decoration in the center of a sowing of roses, the wing of inlaid bouquets of flowers standing out against a Fallot blue background enriched with concentric circles of dots, palmettes and gold palms interspersed on the rim, minor wear. D. 24.5 cm. Provenance: possibly from the service delivered on December 31, 1771 to M Morgan, an English merchant.
