18th century Sèvres porcelain plate Green mark with two interlaced Ls, date letter R for 1770, painter's mark for Pierre, Le Jeune Contoured form, decorated in pink, green, ochre and gold, in the center with a sowing of roses, the wing with a sowing of roses and a garland of myrtle, gold fillet on the rim, small chips, wear and tear. D. 24.5 cm. Provenance: Probably from the service presumed to have a "rozes et feuillages" decoration, delivered on December 12, 1770, to the Duc d'Orléans.
