Small embroidered rug, Persia, second half of the 19th century, raspberry silk velvet, embroidery in cannetille and gold sequins raised in green and yellow silk, decorated with rosettes and pampers on a central cartouche in a vine garland frame. Printed canvas lining (slight wear to velvet). 65 x 55 cm. Bolduc annotated in ink, probably exhibition reference.
