Neckerchief in honor of Joseph II Austria, early 19th century, polychrome print on cream cotton canvas, the blue pinched. The field is decorated with a jumble of flowers, trophies and Chinese kiosks. Floral and historiated border featuring Joseph II as a Roman emperor guiding a peasant's modern plow and his equestrian statue at the corners, (a few minor accidents), 118 x 122 cm.
