Embroidered oval tablecloth, 1st half of the 20th century. In mixed linen and cotton damask with a background of small contrasting scale motifs, superbly embroidered white cross friezes in relief between two rivers of crossed days, mirrored scrolls filled with flowers, foliage and knotted ribbons, medallions with music trophies or an elegant TA monogram, inscribed at the crossing of the friezes, finished with small needle lace. Dim. 2.15 x 2.05 m at its widest (good condition, very small stains grouped around the edges).
