JOHNNY HALLYDAY: A combat jacket and pants given to the young rocker on the day of his call-up to the 43rd Marine Infantry Armored Regiment in Offenburg in May 1964. The jacket, worn by Private Smet during his military service, features his regiment's pucelle and the insignia for his Brevet Sportif Militaire. With 2 high patch pockets and 2 low patch pockets. The original belt and beret with the Infanterie de Marine insignia are attached. A combat jacket and pants that Johnny wore for the lens of photographer Jean-Marie Périer, a photo that illustrated the cover of the monthly magazine Salut les Copains in May 1964. Historic pieces in the rocker's history.
