Set of two works: La monarchie nécessaire en Espagne, by Albert Vercherin, published in Paris by Imprimerie centrale de publication, 1890, in-4°, 64 pages, soft-bound in red moiré silk taffeta with a gilded royal crown in the center of the first cover, with cloth bookmark in the colors of the order of Charles III of Spain, original edition printed on Japon paper. And Juegos de naipes espanoles, published by Fournier, Vittoria, 1931, in-12°, 88 pages, soft brown leather binding, title in gold lettering under royal crown, with cloth bookmark in the colors of Spain, text in Spanish. Contemporary wear. Provenance: collection of Infante Jaime de Bourbon et Battenberg, Duke of Segovia. Segovia (1908-1975) and his second wife Duchess of Segovia, née Charlotte Tiedemann (1919-1979).
