OFFICIAL DEED OF SUCCESSION OF THE HOUSE OF ORLÉANS. Signed autograph document, drawn up in Brussels, May 26, 1909, by Prince Philippe d'Orléans, Duke of Orléans and head of the House of Orléans, and countersigned at the bottom of the document by the princes of the House of France, including: the Duc de Montpensier; Prince Robert d'Orléans, Duc de Chartres; Prince Jean d'Orléans, Duc de Guise; Prince Ferdinand d'Orléans, Duc d'Alençon; Prince Emmanuel d'Orléans, Duc de Vendôme; Prince Pierre d'Orléans; Prince Gaston d'Orléans; Prince Pierre d'Orléans-Bragance; Prince Louis d'Orléans- Bragance and Prince Antoine d'Orléans, Duc d'Orléans and Head of the House of Orléans. Bragance and Prince Antoine d'Orléans-Bragance. Handwritten text, with red wax seal preserved under glass in a modern giltwood frame. Traces of moisture around the edges. Attached is a lithograph of a panther signed by Ct Moltke, from the Duc d'Orléans collection (dry stamp at the bottom of the document), preserved in a modern giltwood frame. Good condition.
