LAURENTIE M., Études littéraires et morales sur les historiens latins, published in Paris, by Méquignon fils aîné, 1822, 2 volumes, gilt edges, in-8° format (210x135 mm), contemporary binding in glazed calf, eggplant, signed Duplanil fils (appointed bookbinder to the Duchess of Angoulême), decorated in the center of each plate with the duchess's double coat of arms, framed by a gilded small-iron frieze, spine ribbed, title-pieces in green morocco, title in gold lettering, contemporary wear, as is.
