L'Amérique" clock in bronze with a brown and gilded patina, depicting an Amerindian woman dressed in feathers, her eyes enameled, holding a bow in her hand. She is seated on a white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, signed Bonnet in Narbonne, itself resting on a crocodile. The base is decorated with applied garlands of flowers and stands on toupie feet. Consulate period. Height: 47.5 cm - Width: 38 cm - Depth: 16.5 cm (Slight accidents) Provenance : Armand HEINE (1818-1883), and by descent.
