Bobbin lace ruffles, 17th and 19th century. A Milan or Flanders lace ruffle in the spirit of Milan lace, late 17th century (?) in dark beige linen, decorated with small giraffe animals, lions, deer and various birds, Dim. 1.75 m x 26 cm (dyed lace, cut ends) a 17th century ruffle with scrolling motifs, in shaded cream linen, Dim. 2.30 m x 31 cm (cut ends and small lace re-sewn later on the sides) and a Belgian bobbin lace from the second half of the 19th century with twirling branches and very small birds and butterflies, fine ivory-yellow cotton thread, Dim. 1.60 m x 17 cm (dyed lace, cut ends).
