CHAIR-SHAPED SALT CELLAR. Imperial Glassworks, Moscow, circa 1896. A rare salt cellar model in orange-colored glass, decorated on each side with leafy motifs in relief painted in gold and silver and adorned with animals, and on the front with a double-headed Romanoff eagle. This commemorative object was most probably offered to celebrate the coronation of Emperor Nicholas II. Accents, slight wear. H.: 15.5 cm - W.: 8.5 cm - D.: 9, 5 m.
