Promenade galante, France, circa 1900 Folded fan, the bobbin lace leaf decorated with flowers, painted in a central cartel with a gallant couple on a path. Signed lower right "Merigue". White mother-of-pearl mount, engraved, silvered and gilded with flower motifs. Gilded metal hanger. H.t. 25 cm (accidents, missing parts, restorations) In a box.
