Eliezer offering a necklace to Rebecca, circa 1770-1780 Folded fan, the leaf in skin, mounted in English, and painted in gouache of Rebecca and her companions in front of a well. Eliezer addresses her, offering her a jewel and inviting her to become his master's wife. On the sides, loves painted in grisaille in medallions. Reverse: a woman from behind, seated on an embankment. Mounted in white mother-of-pearl, carved, engraved, burgundy, silvered and gilded, decorated with trophies on the theme of Love or music.
