JOHNNY HALLYDAY: A pair of blue leather boots with stars. In the spring of 1974, Johnny toured South America with his musicians, including Gérard Salesses on keyboard and René Morizur on saxophone. Along the way, the whole team bought boots in a specialty store. Johnny fell in love with these blue boots... but alas, they were not available in his 8 ½ size. Since Johnny couldn't resist his love at first sight, he bought them anyway in 7 ½ and wore them on stage for a few days, until one evening, in too much pain and after a drunken night at a club in their hotel, he took them off and gave them to his musician Gérard Salesses, who was standing next to him. For the record, the rocker walked back to his hotel room barefoot. Beautiful condition.
