Signed and dated 2023. 70x50 cm After studying science and graduating with a degree in engineering, Ronan Toulhoat decided to set up his own drawing studio, a decision greatly helped by the signing of his first contract with Akileos in September 2008: the first Block 109 album, written by Vincent Brugeas, appeared in 2010. Still with Akileos and Vincent Brugeas on the script, Ronan embarked on a medieval thriller, Le Roy des Ribauds, Book III of which was published in September 2017. In 2018, Ronan Toulhoat publishes the first two volumes of Ira Dei with Dargaud, based on a script by his colleague Vincent Brugeas. Volume 3 of the series is scheduled for September 2019. Ronan Toulhoat also produces numerous illustrations and covers for other publishing houses, storyboards and concept art for the film and video game worlds, as well as illustrations for the board game world (T.I.M.E Stories, publisher Space Cowboys). text : © Dargaud
