27. JOURDY, Camille (born 1979) Pépin et Olivia, original illustration signed. Felt pen, ink and acrylic on paper. Dated December 2023. 18.3x23.4 cm A native of the Jura region, Camille Jourdy is a graduate of the Beaux-Arts d'Épinal and the Arts Décoratifs de Strasbourg. She works for children's publishing and comics. Her Rosalie Blum trilogy (Actes Sud BD) won the Prix Révélation at Angoulême in 2010 and the Prix RTL for best comic strip in 2009. It was made into a film in 2016. In 2019, her book Les vermeilles won the Pépite BD at the Salon du Livre et de la Presse Jeunesse de Montreuil. She lives in Lyon, France. Her album "Pépin et Olivia" was released in 2023 by Les Ondines.
