Cabriolet, China, 19th century A folded "cabriolet" fan with two paper leaves. The first painted with 18 figures in silk clothing and ivory heads. The second sheet features a pheasant among roses. On the reverse, five painted cartels of figures alternating with birds among flowers. The second leaf features 13 figures with silk garments and ivory heads in relief. Ivory mount engraved with flowers. The plumes are carved in light relief with figures and flowers. H.t. 27 cm - H.f. 6 cm/H.f.4 cm (cuts, restorations).
