MICHAEL JACKSON: One of 3 T-shirts, entitled "Torso Black Spiky Shirt", worn by the artist during filming in April 1995 of the video for the song "Scream", a duet with his sister Janet Jackson. The video was broadcast in over 71 countries from May 31, 1995, the day the single was released. For the record, the artist's official stylists Dennis Tompkins and Michael Bush designed all the major official outfits worn by the King of the Pop on stage and in the city, but Michael Jackson often wore T-shirts, belts, scarves, costume jewelry... purchased by other stylists in charge of finding complementary fashion elements. This particular black flocked T-shirt, for example, was supplied by Dexter Wong ateliers in Los Angeles. Provenance: collection of a famous Los Angeles restaurant.
