A pair of chased ormolu sconces featuring the figures of Zephyr and Flora, each supporting two leafy horn-of-plenty light arms from which undulating passementerie cords support the binnacles. They are depicted in bust form, supported by a sheath adorned with a garland of flowers and ending in a fall of acanthus leaves. Regency style, 19th century Height 58 cm - Length : 36 cm - Depth : 21 cm A similar pair of light arms is now in the J. Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles (85.DF.383.1-2).
