A pair of silver-plated metal candelabras resting on a contoured base adorned with acanthus foliage and shells surmounted by a band of ribboned fillets, the bell chased with compartments, scrolls and tassels. The shaft is decorated with rocaille, fillets, shells and chased leaf falls. The fluted binnacle is chased with foliage. The three-light branches are composed of wide foliage scrolls, the binnacles chased with canneaux and fillets. The barrels: French work circa 1760-1770. The branches: old French work.
