Spectacular 18k gold sautoir, with free-form oval links and a spring-ring clasp, holding a pendant adorned with a faceted oval smoky quarte (approx. 690 ct) in a radiant setting of gold earrings and baroque turquoise beads (approx. 100 ct). L. of the necklace : 81,5 cm H. of the pendant : 12,5 cm Weight of the necklace: 50.2 g Gross weight of the pendant: 234.2 g Hallmark of the goldsmith, kept in its case. Provenance : Lotte Profohs (1934 - 2012), wife of Meister Leherb. Then by family descent. Lotte Profohs-Leherb was an Austrian feminist artist, painter and graphic designer, close to the Expressionism
