BISHKEVITCH MARGARITA (1892-1982). Troika galloping on the banks of the Neva in St. Petersburg. Oil on canvas unsigned, preserved in a modern frame. Good condition. Sight: H.: 19 cm - W.: 25 cm. Frame : H. : 27 cm - W. : 33,5 cm. Margarita Bishkevitch participated in 1912 in the art contest organized under the high patronage of the Grand Duke George Mikhailovich where she presented 26 works, then finished her studies with success at the Petrograd University of Drawing under the direction of Baron Schtiglits on June 2, 1922 and was recognized as a painter.
