NICOLAS II, EMPEREUR DE RUSSIE (1868-1918) Autograph bill signed with the emperor's initials probably addressed to his sister the grand duchess Xenia Alexandrovna (1875-1960) during the war (undated), ½ page clipped, in-8°, text in Russian, undated, on the letterhead of the tsar's imperial train: "Nicolayevskaya". Folds, in the state. Translation: "If you are ready, come here immediately. It is time to drink coffee together. Mother has already left. Provenance: this autograph bill was carefully preserved by the Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna as the last writing of her brother, then passed on by inheritance to her daughter Princess Irina Alexandrovna Yusupov (1895-1970), then preserved until today in the descendants of the latter.
