Large parasol pavilion, Maison Lefébure, Chantilly bobbins, late 19th century. In black silk lace finely made with bobbins decorated with bunches of rosehips with petals with shading effects and stamens well contrasted, garlands with boughs of rosehips above, and border with frieze of large flowering rosehips worked in the same way, with petals with shading effects and stamens well contrasted. Diameter 97 cm (good condition, never used) Provenance: sale of October 3, 1989, Lefébure fund, Ionesco study in Neuilly-sur-Seine.
