Lacemaker's tile and spindles, Auvergne, early 20th century (ex 406 of 13/03/2020) Lacemaker's tile from the Puy en Velay region covered with sky blue satin, lace in progress with five pairs of spindles, with twenty-seven other spindles, that is to say thirty-seven spindles in boxwood turned by hand, two skeins of linen for lace and two pattern cards (good condition). We enclose a box of pins.
