[IMPERIAL RESIDENCES] Set of two works on the Château de Malmaison and the Hôtel de Beauharnais by Percier and Fontaine, Château de Malmaison. Historical and descriptive text decorated with 100 plates in heliotype, giving more than 200 documents drawn especially for the imperial family by Percier and Fontaine, Paris, Charles Foulard, no date (1908). In-folio, half-bound in green calf, spine ribbed and title in gold letters. Edition decorated with 100 plates giving documents after Percier and Fontaine, interiors and gardens. A historical and descriptive text of 57 pages accompanies this iconography. Corners worn, but interior fresh; Édouard Driault, Le Style Empire : L'Hôtel Beauharnais à Paris, Albert Morancé, Paris, undated. In-folio in loose leaves composed of 100 plates + 6, in a wallet (worn and faded). Complete, fresh interior and good general condition. Attached is A. Perrault-Maynand, Histoire et généalogie des quatre branches de la famille Bonaparte, depuis 1183 jusqu'en 1855, Périsse frères, Paris, 1855, 576 pages. Fading, as is.
