MICHEL SARDOU / France GALL by PIERRE FRIZANO (1935/2013): Famous French illustrator and cartoonist. He started after the war by illustrating the covers of Amok and Alain la Foudre at Sagédition. In the 50's, he realized the covers of the women's magazines Nous Deux and Intimité. He then published strips in Paris-Jour and produced many albums on scenarios by Raymond Maric (1927/2005). The work of Pierre Frizano is characterized by the great quality of his drawings, his realism and his classicism. 2 original plates of drawings, intended to illustrate " Les vedettes mènent l'enquête ", in young press, for the monthly magazine Stéphanie in 1978. Pierre Frizano drew the artists Michel Sardou and France Gall on a scenario and texts of his faithful friend and author Raymond Maric. Format 50x65. Slight tears and cuttings in the bottom of the page.
