T'SERCLAES-MONTMORENCY / T'SERCLAES ASPREMONT-LYNDEN. Oval plate with the arms of Claude T'Serclaes, Count of Tilly, whose arms are quartered with those of his mother Françoise de Montmorency, and his wife née T'Serclaes d'Aspremont-Lynden. They lived in Maastrich, and this plaque was offered by them to the church of Saint Servais, probably but perhaps to another church or convent in Liege or Maastricht. 18th century.
