Wedding handkerchief with covenant arms and viscount's crown, Point de Gaze, 2nd half of the 19th century. In handloom with very large coats of arms between two griffins and under a marquis crown embroidered with feather dots, sable stitch and stitch thrown in an angle, wedding handkerchief of Bertrand de GIRONDE, 3rd Count of GIRONDE (1838-1912) with Valentine de LURSALUCES (1840-1895) on March 11, 1878 in Bordeaux. Their son Louis-Arnauld de GIRONDE married in 1901 Yvonne LE MERCIER de MAISONCELLE-VERTILLE de RICHEMEOND, we sell the wedding handkerchief of the parents of this one with the alliance arms of the families, lot 219 of the sale. Surrounding the Point of Gauze finely realized with the needle.
