Two large embroidered handkerchiefs, 1st third of the 19th century In hand-threaded linen particularly finely feathered embroidery in each corner: a handkerchief with four different small scenes, a cherub on a chariot pulled by birds, a spinner and a cow near a tree, a reverend holding a martinet in front of a child hanging on the branches of a willow tree and a beehive with buzzing bees (nice condition) a handkerchief finely embroidered with birds each different, swan, peacock, and birds of paradise and hemmed small Valenciennes lace.
