A Day in Spain, circa 1940 Folded fan, the double sheet of printed paper of bullfighting scenes framing a flamenco dancer mounted on a table to entertain a gathering. Some gold glitter highlights on the costumes. Pink paper reverse. Wooden mount with alternating painted strands in the red and yellow, or "blood and gold," colors of the Spanish flag, and stamped and gilded "Recuerdo de España." Belay. H.t. 27 cm-H.f. 15,7 cm (wear, small cuts)
