Two fans, circa 1830 *Pagoda, folded fan, the paper sheet engraved and enhanced with gouache of a young man in a suit reminiscent of Scottish tartans, and a young girl in a boat. Reverse side in skin painted with a landscape evoking Italy. White mother-of-pearl frame. Closed, it evokes an architecture. The plumes are delicately sculpted in relief. H.t. 22,9 cm-H.f. 13,3 cm (accidents) *The lunch in a boat, folded fan, the leaf in engraved paper and painted with gouache. The reverse side in skin engraved with a young girl and a love with Time before a radiant sun. Bone mount, the plumes enhanced with a mother-of-pearl plate. H.t. 23,3 cm-H.f. 13,8 cm (accidents)
