Paper lace, circa 1760-1770 Folded fan, the paper sheet die-cut in the manner of a canivet, and painted with flowers. Two labels illustrate a young boy fishing, and a shepherdess with her sheep. In the center, a group of three shepherds in a country setting. Reverse: sketch of groves and a pedestal. Mounting in ivory* cut, engraved and gilded with busts, vases and flowers. Four miniature portraits are protected by mica leaves in imitation of glass. The plumes are also painted with portraits under mica. H.t. 27 cm-H.f. 12,3 cm (wear, stains, restorations)
