The happy couple, circa 1750 Folded fan, the leaf in skin, mounted in English, and painted with gouache of a couple sealing their union by the exchange of wreaths of flowers that a love offers them. Peasant on the reverse carrying a bundle on his head. Ivory mount* finely cut, pierced, engraved and painted with characters in the Chinese taste. H.t. 28,8 cm-H.f. 13,7 cm (accidents, missing parts, restorations)
