Four embroidered handkerchiefs, 2nd half of the 19th century. In linen hand thread very finely embroidered with plumetis and sand stitch and decorated with needle fashions type Alençon and hemmed with Valenciennes lace hand made with bobbins: Two with floral decoration, one with the number MDM embroidered in a corner and the other with a complex number topped by a baron's crown (good condition for both) And two other handkerchiefs with a frieze of florets and undulating ribbon, monogram G embroidered in a corner for one (very small scattered holes) frieze of medallions with fine fashions and ruffle in Valenciennes XVIIIth century for the other (good condition, 4 pinholes, a pale stain, Valenciennes frayed)
