"Mezzo Punto" spindle and needle, Italy, late 17th century. In mixed lace, the lace patterns made with spindles and decorated with various needle stitches, connected by scalloped bridles with picots. Light ivory coloured linen One decorated with large motifs, flowers and foliage, in the spirit of Venice flat stitch. Cream coloured linen. Dim. 75 cm x 8,5 cm, (restorations, small stains) And one with flexible branches and small patterns: Dim. 1,35 m x 5 cm.
