Rare marquetry doucine box. Copper ball on an ebony base, the lid with a motif of foliated scrolls, surrounded by a frieze of fleurons and acanthus leaves, the lock adorned with a cartouche surmounted by a crown. It rests on four flattened ball feet (one missing). The inside is made of amaranth. (Missing some nets, small accidents). Period Louis XIV. H.: 11 cm, L.: 28 cm, D.: 21 cm
