ÉCOLE ANGLAISE DE LA FIN DU XVIIe SIÈCLE, ATTRIBUÉE À JACOB VAN DOORT (1606-1629). Portrait of a gentleman with a black pourpoint embroidered with gold, adorned with a white lace collar. Miniature on vellum, oval shape, preserved under glass in a gold pendant medallion set with diamond roses. The reverse of the frame is engraved with a floral motif. Slight folding, missing an element, but good general condition. No apparent hallmarks. Sight: H.: 5 cm - W.: 4 cm. Frame: H.: 8 cm - W.: 6.5 cm. Gross weight: 14.60 g.
