MARCELLO, Raffaele Carlo (1929 - 2007) Loana, princess of the jungle India ink, patches, board up. After leaving school, Raffaele Carlo Marcello began his career as a comic strip artist in Paris in 1948 at Sagédition, where he illustrated the adventures of Loana and the Chinese mask and Nick Silver. Illustrator of numerous series, Marcello notably created Docteur Justice for "Pif Gadget", and adapted the TV series "Amicalement Votre" into a comic strip.
