Slippers and caps for newborns, late 19th and early 20th century. Three pairs of slippers for newborns or large dolls, including two pairs of silk and lace Duchess of Bruges with bobbins for one, laces for the other, leather soles (good general condition, silk fuschia in places for a pair) a pair of bobbin lace socks with felt soles (good condition) a matching bib and newborn bonnet set in Duchess of Brussels lined with silk (good condition, washed, bleached) a pair of socks in bobbin lace with floral decoration (good condition). Three newborn bonnets and a pair of small socks in knitted lace of extreme finesse decorated with various knitting stitches and a presentation plate of twelve pieces knitted in reduction demonstrating the knitting techniques for this type of forms; signed with a small rectangle knitted and MD in seed beads. (good condition for all the pieces) We enclose a finely knitted border decorated with leaves, Dim. 1,30 m x 12 cm and a collar for child. (good condition)
