Two handkerchiefs, application from Brussels and England, Belgium, 2nd half of the 19th century. Handkerchiefs for sacerdotal greetings, one framed with Brussels application, the motifs of foliage and flowers finely made with spindles and applied on a fine cotton tulle, fuchsia flowers and roses bloomed with needle gauze and inlaid in the tulle. Clasps around the linen and a large complex figure embroidered with plumetis in the centre of the handkerchief. (good condition, washed) And a large handkerchief with a large frame in application from England, very fine spindle motifs applied on a fine cotton tulle. Well structured composition of large and elegant cartouches decorated with flowers and roses in each corner, partitioned with garlands of leaflets, friezes of roses and flowers, cartouches alternating with bell-shaped flowers festooned around the edges. Linen embroidered in the centre of a cross under a marquis's crown and motto: Domine, Tu scis quia amamus Te (Lord, you know that I love you) Cream cotton. (good condition, a few small holes)
