Birds and royal crown, circa 1890 Rich jewel fan, of broken type, the ivory* strands ending in ogives, painted with a bouquet of edelweiss and pink and blue flowers. The plumes enhanced with a rich vermeil decoration drawing interlacing flowers, birds and grotesque masks in coloured enamel, enriched with garnets, turquoise and freshwater half pearls. Important gilt silver clasp with a similar decoration. Tassel of passementerie. Austrian goldsmith's mark.
