Ô Louis, ô mon roi, circa 1791-1792 Rare counter-revolutionary fan, the double sheet of paper, decorated with a handwritten text in pen and ink containing counter-revolutionary couplets, including a "Parody to Marie-Antoinette/ Still Queen of France": "The oaths made to the beautiful Antoinette/ Never, never, will be forgotten". An important part of the verses is borrowed, with adaptation, from the famous play "Richard the Lionheart" whose refrain "O Richard O my king" had become a counter-revolutionary rallying song.
